The characteristics of this community goes from high educational levels, well linked to important people around the globe, a great stability of wealth in many aspects, and the diversity that grew perspective and made every idea a perfectible one.
Silicon Valley is the place where ground breaking individuals are born; future revolution grows here all the time. But since the beginning of all this, the community has been a mixture of foreign culture knowledge and perspective; the so called formula that great investors wanted to replay in another set up to make another Silicon Valley was never successful, and many reasons were to play in that but the most obvious and practical aspect was the diversity presented within that community that just naturally turn out to that result.
The great universities of the area also boosted up that same interaction between cultures, people wanted to immigrate from their hometown to San Francisco South Bay to level up their studies and reach the next staircases of their academic goals. The best way to get a position on an international company of technology is through the Valley, and most people know that because it will put you into instant recognition.
Trouble in paradise – Trump policies
Now, if the population of the Silicon Valley, and also the whole U.S has a great percentage of immigrants in the present, how the introduction of policies could hurt that undoable link that has been established for many decades?
Technology is the one of the main areas of profit that the U.S have, all the work done to this point has done because of cultural mix, so by denying a great half of that foreign population of some privileges and impulse (directly or indirectly) disgraceful ideas of xenophobia, it will surely evoke conflict and affect the stability of many areas of economic growth for the country.

Talent is not born on a specific country, and every policy that endangers the possibility of harbor the people with that same talent will be a tool for destroying the great terms of the dynamic that has been managed for so many years. Surely, American business will not erupt into madness if conflicts rise, but there’s no good prognostic because the society is not divided in a way where the president Trump or any other character can pull apart people from each other like pieces of a board game.
